Attention and case queues
A prioritized dashboard highlights cases needing follow-up, including unanswered client messages, outstanding document requests, cases without a recent update, and clients who have not accessed their portal.

Case and task organization
Tasks can be organized by assignee and due date, tracked across phases, and grouped into multiple concurrent workstreams within a single case, supporting matters where several pieces of work progress at once.

Client portal
A dedicated portal gives clients a view of case progress, upcoming milestones, and a consolidated queue for outstanding document requests, draft reviews, messages, and key dates. Clients can upload requested documents or flag items they cannot provide.

Document and draft management
Documents are organized within each case, and firms can create document requests with instructions and due dates. Draft documents carry version history, and clients can review, approve, or return marked-up drafts through the portal.

Messaging and calendars
Case-linked messaging keeps client and firm communications tied to the matter, and calendars display key dates alongside participant availability.

Time tracking and invoicing
Time can be recorded manually or with a timer and separated into billable and non-billable entries. Firms can review unbilled work, generate draft invoices, and issue invoices to clients from within the platform.

AI-assisted drafting
An AI-assisted feature generates suggested case summaries, message drafts, and draft-comparison notes using OpenAI's API. Suggestions require firm-member review and approval before any message is sent or record is changed, and the vendor states that submitted content is not retained by OpenAI under a Zero Data Retention arrangement.

Deployment
The platform is available as a browser-based web application, desktop applications for Mac and Windows, and mobile apps, with case data kept in sync across devices.
