The parent company of this solution, 8am, was formerly known as Affinipay.  It rebranded in August of 2025. In January 2024, LawPay's parent company AffiniPay announced the launch of AffiniPay IQ, a generative AI tool.  It is planned that LawPay will be incorporating generative AI features.
