Legal CRM and Client Intake PracticePrime includes a legal CRM module for tracking prospective clients through the intake pipeline. Online intake forms with e-signature capability enable firms to onboard clients and capture matter details digitally, with client information syncing automatically to the matter record.

Matter Management The platform provides a centralized workspace for organizing case information, including case journals, tasks, appointments, and associated documents. Matter records serve as the organizing unit for all related communications, files, and financial data.

Document Management Built on Microsoft SharePoint, the document management system supports version control, role-based access permissions, metadata-based organization, and advanced search including OCR for scanned documents. A Microsoft Outlook integration allows users to file emails and attachments directly to the relevant matter record.

Document Automation PracticePrime includes template-based document generation with conditional logic, enabling firms to produce legal documents in batch. Intake form data can be used to auto-populate document templates, reducing manual drafting time.

Time Tracking and Billing The platform provides integrated timekeeping tools, including mobile timers and the ability to convert calendar entries into time entries. Invoices are generated from tracked time and expenses, with support for online payments via credit card and ACH transfer.

Trust Accounting PracticePrime includes dedicated trust and IOLTA accounting functionality, supporting three-way reconciliation, automated bank feeds, compliance tracking, and audit trails. The system is designed to meet trust accounting compliance requirements in the United States, Canada, and other jurisdictions where it operates.

Client Portal A secure, branded client portal allows clients to view matter updates, access documents, upload files, communicate with the firm, and review billing information.

Reporting and Analytics The platform provides dashboards and reporting tools covering billing, time management, expense tracking, and matter progress, intended to support operational decision-making.

Mobile Access PracticePrime offers mobile app access for Android, enabling attorneys and staff to track time, access matter information, and manage tasks remotely.
