Includes spend management through MyCase Smart Spend, which lets firms issue staff virtual or physical cards with set spending limits, record transactions, store receipts and link expenses to cases or client invoices. Reports cover time and billing, trust accounting and case details, including case revenue, fee allocation, accounts receivable, invoice aging, payment plans, scheduled payments, revenue and cash flow. Built-in legal accounting centralizes financial and trust data alongside case data, with three-way trust reconciliation and automatic bank reconciliation to support trust accounting requirements.

Provides AI tools built into the platform, including AI-assisted case management, image-based search using optical character recognition, contact and document review, and legal writing tools.
