Lexyno is a web-based platform that automates the preparation of personal injury demand letters for United States law firms with one to five attorneys. The platform ingests case files (medical records, billing statements, police reports, and intake documents) and produces a structured medical chronology, a case strategy, and a fact-linked demand letter.

Key Features & Functions: 

Fact-Lock Fact Extraction
The platform extracts facts such as dates, procedure codes, and dollar amounts from uploaded case documents and tags each with its source location before drafting begins. Letter assembly is restricted to tagged facts, and any statement that cannot be traced to a source is flagged prior to producing a draft.

16-Section Demand Letter
Lexyno generates a demand letter organized into sixteen standard sections covering representation, liability, property damage, causation, treatment history, damages, and the settlement demand. Numbers, dates, and monetary figures link back to the source page they were drawn from.

Medical Chronology and Summary
Case documents are converted into a dated, source-linked medical chronology and summary, which can also be produced independently of a full demand letter.

Case Strategy
The platform incorporates attorney-directed strategy input, such as causation or liability arguments, into the narrative sections of the letter.

Evaluation Reports
Lexyno produces evaluation reports written from an attorney perspective, identifying potential gaps in a draft, and from an insurer perspective, anticipating likely counterarguments.

Underinsured Motorist Conversion
Each third-party demand letter can be converted into an underinsured motorist version at no additional cost. An uninsured motorist version is not currently available.

Enterprise Style Matching
At the enterprise tier, the platform can be configured to reflect a firm's own phrasing and formatting conventions.
