Lexorii is a practice management platform for law firms operating in the Middle East, covering the full lifecycle of legal work from intake through to billing and firm reporting. The system is built around jurisdiction-specific court procedure — currently UAE and Saudi Arabia — rather than adapted from a platform designed for another market.
Key features and functions include:
Matters and Court Cases
Firms can run unlimited matters and court cases, with court case stages and per-stage payment tracking, matter teams, task lists, and workflow boards. Hearing outcomes, adjournment chains, and attendance notes are recorded, and action points from a hearing become tasks automatically. Case starters are provided for UAE and Saudi Arabian court structures, including onshore litigation through cassation, execution, labour, personal status, rental disputes, arbitration, enforcement, and other jurisdiction-specific matter types. A leads and intake pipeline converts won leads into clients and matters.
Documents
The platform provides unlimited document storage with a draft, review, and approved workflow, including partner sign-off. Documents support real-time co-editing, version history, per-file access control, and a full audit trail. Court bundles and closing bibles can be generated with a numbered, locked index PDF, and per-matter and per-case folders are created automatically and filed by hearing.
Calendar and Deadlines
Firm, matter, and personal calendars are supported alongside a court-rules deadline engine that tracks both Hijri and Gregorian dates. Two-way synchronization is available with Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, and meeting rooms include conflict protection.
Time and Billing
Time can be tracked with a live timer against both matters and court cases, with per-matter agreed fees, pending balances, payment records, and expense tracking. VAT is calculated automatically, and engagement letters can be generated from the matter file with signature tracking.
Firm Management
Role-based dashboards are available for lawyers, accountants, partners, and referral partners. The platform includes referral tracking with commission calculation, salary and leave tracking, and firm-level reporting on utilization and revenue. Multi-office firms receive office-level reporting, timezones, and defaults without splitting the client list.
Bilingual Interface
The interface is available in both English and Arabic, with language selected per user rather than per firm, allowing colleagues to work in different languages on the same matter simultaneously. The layout mirrors to a full right-to-left orientation in Arabic, and documents and PDFs are produced in the language in which they were written.
Debt Recovery
A separate module tracks recovery claims from demand letter through enforcement, with settlement schedules, instalment tracking against receipts, and automated follow-up on missed instalments and dormant files. Funds recovered on behalf of clients are tracked separately from firm revenue.
Client Portal
Clients are given secure portal access to complete intake questionnaires and view case updates. Identity document scanning (Emirates ID) is performed within the browser without the image being uploaded to the platform.
Artificial Intelligence
An optional AI assistant is available on every page to answer platform questions and draft tasks, meetings, and leads for user confirmation; it does not act without confirmation and does not retrieve matters, clients, documents, or financial records on its own. A separate AI document-drafting feature can be enabled per firm and is billed at the AI provider's usage cost.
