Provides timers and time entries that can be logged from within a case file, calendar, or mobile device, with automatic prefill from scheduled meetings or tasks.
Billing and Invoicing
Supports hourly, fixed-fee, and retainer billing, with customizable templates for client reports and invoices. Tracks overdue payments and reminds staff responsible for outstanding client balances.
Court Case Tracking
Imports case information, hearing dates, and documents automatically from the Russian arbitration court database (kad.arbitr.ru) and general jurisdiction court websites, and monitors new filings for selected counterparties.
Court Calendar
Synchronizes hearing dates automatically with Google Calendar, Outlook, iOS Calendar, and Mac Calendar, and updates entries when a hearing is rescheduled by the court.
CRM
Includes a sales pipeline for tracking prospective client engagements, configurable to a firm's own process, alongside case and billing data in the same system.
Client Portal
Gives clients secure online access to case status, documents, and a messaging channel with the assigned lawyer.
1C Integration
Transfers approved invoices from Jeffit to 1C accounting software automatically and returns payment status data to Jeffit; creates client and contract records in 1C automatically if none exist.
Task Routing and Automation
Supports automatic or manual assignment of incoming tasks (such as contract approvals) to lawyers based on workload, rotation, or assigned account, with integration into corporate document management, ERP, or CRM systems.
Reporting and Analytics
Provides prebuilt reports and Excel exports on lawyer utilization, case profitability, and billable versus non-billable hours; supports connection to external BI platforms.
Security
Encrypts data in transit and at rest, restricts access to confidential matters, and supports single sign-on through Azure AD, Ping Identity, SafeNet, and Identity Blitz. Data is backed up across servers in three cities, hosted in Tier III, PCI DSS-certified data centers.
