Infodash is a legal collaboration platform that delivers intranet and extranet functionality within a firm's existing Microsoft 365 environment, serving large law firms. The platform is deployed inside the firm's own Microsoft tenant, with governance, security, and legal-specific configuration included at implementation.

Key Features & Functions:

Intranet
The intranet solution is built on Microsoft SharePoint Online and provides customizable sites for practice groups, offices, departments, and events. It includes AI-powered search to surface people, matters, documents, and firm knowledge, along with ethical-screen-aware permissions, matter-centric information architecture, and audit logging. Content management uses drag-and-drop interfaces. DMS content is surfaced within the intranet without migration or disruption to existing workflows.

Extranet and Client Collaboration
The extranet component enables secure client collaboration through matter sites, transaction sites, and document sharing sites. Access controls and ethical-wall-aware sharing are configured at the platform level. Client data remains within the firm's Microsoft tenant—no third-party data store is involved. The platform's Oversite™ module manages site provisioning, user lifecycle, permissions, archival, and audit across the full extranet footprint.

AI & Automation
The platform integrates natively with Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and OpenAI. AI-powered search is available within the intranet. The extranet comparison framework on the vendor's website indicates AI and automation capabilities are built into the platform, not offered as add-ons.

Integrations
Infodash connects with practice management systems, document management systems (including iManage and NetDocuments), CRM, HRIS (including Workday, ADP, and UltiPro), financial analytics systems (including Aderant, Elite/3E), experience management tools (including Intapp), and Microsoft 365 components including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, and Power Automate. A custom API is available for firm-specific integration needs.

Governance and Security
The platform is pre-configured with ethical wall support, matter-centric information architecture, and audit logging. It holds SOC 2 Type II certification through A-LIGN. Governance and security settings are inherited from the firm's existing Microsoft 365 enterprise policies.
