Client Portals Each client receives access to a portal where they can complete questionnaires, upload documents, monitor case status, and communicate with the firm. Case Workflow Automation Standard and custom workflows can be assigned to case types, automatically generating required tasks, to-dos, templates, and document checklists upon case creation. Cases can be assigned and transferred among attorneys and paralegals with tracked progress.

Communication Tools The platform includes a centralized communication hub supporting in-system messaging, two-way SMS/MMS, email, and chat with clients, applicants, and petitioners. Automated reminders and notifications can be configured for deadlines, visa dates, passport expiry, LCA dates, and other case-specific events.

Employment-Based Immigration Compliance For corporate users managing work visa matters, the platform includes tools for LCA management, DOL audit report generation, and public access file creation. An employee portal supports timesheet and assignment management for H-1B and related matters.

Billing and Invoicing The system integrates time tracking with invoicing, supporting billing by case type, logged time, or a combination. Payment plans, discounts, and automated invoice notifications are available, along with integration with QuickBooks for financial data synchronization.

Reporting The platform provides both standard quick reports and a custom report designer with drag-and-drop functionality. Reports can be filtered by user, case, billing activity, and other parameters and saved for future use.
