SimSage ES has existing connectors to many information platforms, including: 0365 (esp Sharepoint and Exchange); iManage; NetDocs; Google sites; Discourse, many databases and much more. New connectors are usually built in less than a week on request. Search is highly-semantic and full-text, providing revelant results from either structured or unstructured text. SimSage provides many filters to assist search which can be implicit or explicit on the site. Eg: Search by latest doc; search with create/last review date parameters; search on doc type (over 300 recognised); search one system, or all systems. Entity identification and retrieval of all available metadata. SimSage also provides a GDPR Tracker tool, identifying PII/PD including names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers. Can also include bank account/credit card details, NHI numbers or any recognisable alpha numeric stream. This information is available per an online portal and details are able to be redacted as required.
