Matter Checklists
A checklist of required documents is generated when an intake file is created, based on the client and file type. Checklists can be adjusted to match practice areas such as family law, estate planning, real estate and litigation.
Secure Client Uploads
Clients submit documents through a single secure link that does not require an account. Upload links are limited in time and use.
AI Document Checks
Each document is reviewed as it is uploaded to confirm it is the correct document type, legible, dated within the required period, unexpired, signed and dated where required, issued in the correct name and consistent with the rest of the file.
Automated Client Follow-Ups
Reminders are sent to the client on a set schedule, identifying the specific document that is missing or needs correction, until the file is complete.
Completed File Delivery
Attorneys and paralegals receive the file once it is complete, with documents renamed, a completed checklist and a file summary. Files can be exported as a PDF summary and ZIP archive.
Human Review and Approval
The AI flags issues but makes no decision on the file. An attorney or paralegal reviews and approves each completed file.
Encrypted Document Storage
Documents are stored privately and encrypted, accessible only through short-lived signed links. Client documents are not used to train AI models, and files can be deleted at any time.
