Diversity Lab

Diversity Lab has been a groundbreaking presence in the legal technology market since its establishment in 2016. Over the past seven years, the company has been dedicated to fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the legal sector, targeting law firms, corporate legal departments, and law schools. By focusing on these key stakeholders, Diversity Lab has made a significant impact on the legal landscape, driving change and promoting a more inclusive environment within the industry.

The Lab hosts hackathons and design sprints to generate innovative ways to boost diversity, equity, and inclusion in the legal profession. The Lab builds, pilots, and measures the impact of initiatives, and shares the results of its unique research and pilots to support learning in the legal profession and beyond.  Experimental ideas are created through hackathons and piloted in collaboration with more than 300 top law firms and legal departments across the globe. They leverage data, behavioral science, design thinking, and technology to further develop and test the ideas, measure the results, and share the lessons learned.
