Courtroom Insight is a platform designed to provide information and reviews about expert witnesses, arbitrators, judges, and attorneys. The platform aims to improve the litigation process and case outcomes through knowledge about individual experts and professionals in the legal field. 

Courtroom Insight aids law firms and other legal entities in managing institutional knowledge. This includes tracking and sharing internal experiences with various expert witnesses, arbitrators, and judges.

The platform hosts a directory where users can search for, review, and read reviews about various legal professionals. This helps attorneys make informed decisions when selecting an expert witness or preparing for a case in front of a particular judge.  Legal professionals, such as expert witnesses, can claim and manage their profiles, adding their credentials, experiences, and other pertinent information.

Courtroom Insight integrates with other legal technology platforms, allowing for a seamless flow of information between systems.

In January 2024, Courtroom Insight announced a new Lawyer Directory. Customers may now leverage dynamically updated lawyer data, such as detailed educational backgrounds, work histories (including clerkships), admissions, subject matter expertise, and self-reported diversity information. For enhanced functionality, clients may layer Courtroom Insight’s proprietary data with integrated content from partner providers, including case histories from LexisNexis and Docket Alarm.
