Conflict search and approval workflow: CorpIntake has business process management tools and a workflow engine that allows firms to automate specific processes for gathering matter / client information electronically, including posting them to search for conflicts and following up with lawyers to clear the conflict search results.

Notificaitons: Automatically send email notifications to stake holders as file opening workflow status updates.

Auditing: all steps of the process including data gathering and conflicts resolution are loffed and can be reviewed any time.
