AI Contract Data Extraction
Upon upload, the platform's AI reads each contract and extracts key metadata automatically, including parties, values, dates, obligations, and renewal terms. The extraction process is designed to reduce manual data entry and populate the repository without user intervention.

AI Contract Analysis
Beyond metadata extraction, the AI reviews contract substance to identify risks, obligations, gaps, and potentially unfavorable terms. The analysis is intended to give teams an understanding of agreement content without requiring a full manual review of each document.

Clara AI Assistant
Clara is a built-in conversational AI assistant that responds to natural-language queries across the entire contract portfolio. Users can ask questions about individual clauses, upcoming renewals, counterparties, or key dates, and Clara returns answers with references to the relevant contracts and clauses.

Centralized Contract Repository
All contracts are stored in a searchable, centralized repository. The repository tracks contract status, key dates, and milestones, and surfaces this information through a unified dashboard. Contracts can also be imported by email or connected from cloud storage platforms.

Automated Reminders and Calendar Integration
Users can configure multiple reminders per contract, including repeating reminders tied to renewal cycles. Reminders can be synced to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook. The reminder system is designed to alert relevant parties ahead of renewal windows, notice periods, and end dates.

Native Electronic Signature
The platform includes a built-in e-signature function that allows users to send contracts for signature, place signature fields, and track the signing lifecycle without leaving the application. Signatures are designed to meet requirements under the US ESIGN Act, UETA, and the EU eIDAS regulation. Teams using Adobe Sign, DocuSign, PandaDoc, or Dropbox Sign can connect those tools via Zapier or the API.

Audit Trail
Every contract maintains a reverse-chronological activity log recording who created, edited, signed, shared, or exported it, including actions taken by the system, by Clara, and through the API. The log can be exported alongside contract data.

Reporting and Version Control
The platform includes reporting features and supports version control and expiration reporting to assist with portfolio oversight.

API and Integrations
A contract management API is available for custom integrations. Native integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Google Drive, and Dropbox. Additional integrations are available through Zapier.
