ClientWare is a client and case management system for criminal and domestic law practices.

Stores client and case information in a searchable database, allowing users to locate matters and related billing or payment details by any field entered into the system.

Court Calendar
Tracks court dates and deadlines, with the ability to email calendar entries and integrate with Outlook or Office 365 shared calendars.

Billing and Time Entry
Tracks time and billing information for clients and cases, alongside trust account records.

Payment Processing
Accepts credit card payments directly from a client's case page through a partnership with National Processing, with client balances updating automatically in ClientWare.

Document and Letter Templates
Generates client letters and forms with prefilled case data from a library of predefined letter formats that can incorporate a firm's own letterhead or logo; custom letter templates can be added for an additional fee.

Interoffice Messaging
Provides an internal messaging system for firm staff within the application.

Referral Tracking
