Clevermore

Clevermore is an AI assistance layer for Microsoft Outlook, built for law firms that handle high volumes of email. The platform is designed to address three problems: time lost to inbox triage, action items that get buried in long threads, and coordination across people and teams.

Core capabilities:

• Intelligent triage that prioritizes and categorizes incoming mail based on the user's role, active matters, and historical patterns.
• Smart task extraction that pulls action items, deadlines, and follow-ups from email threads and surfaces them in a single view.
• Continuous context that learns firm-specific knowledge — people, matters, clients, and writing style — so suggestions improve the longer the system is used.
• Team-level delegation and workload distribution, allowing partners to reassign work without leaving Outlook.
• Autonomous agents that handle routine email tasks within configurable boundaries.
• Client blacklist controls that allow firms to opt specific clients out of AI processing.

Architecture and security: Clevermore runs as a Microsoft Outlook add-in, so there is no separate application to adopt. Data is stored in the customer's own Azure tenant. The platform operates under zero-retention agreements with its AI providers and is built on infrastructure aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR requirements. An on-premises deployment option is available for firms with the most stringent confidentiality requirements, and tenant isolation is enforced per firm.

Integrations: Microsoft Outlook (primary), iManage (partnership in progress), NetDocuments (in evaluation), and Microsoft Azure for deployment.
