Automated Timekeeping
Centerbase offers an Automated Time Capture feature, a patented technology that identifies and records billable events — including emails, meetings, phone calls, and document activity — without requiring manual time entry. It allows managing partners and firm administrators to ask questions about firm performance — including billing rates, matter productivity, and collection trends — and receive visual, source-cited answers drawn from the firm's own data. The tool includes the ability for firms to build an internal knowledge base against which queries are benchmarked.

The platform includes a client portal for real-time status updates, a client intake module, CRM tools for contact management, and secure client communications including in-platform messaging.
Reporting and Analytics
