Case Xchange is a legal referral management platform built to centralize and standardize how law firms manage attorney-to-attorney referrals. Developed with input from high-volume referral firms, it functions as a system of record for referral activity, replacing spreadsheets, email chains, and disconnected tools with a structured, transparent workflow.

Firms can submit referrals through a guided intake process, route cases using customizable rules, and track matters from submission through resolution, including outcomes, fee allocations, and projected distributions. Workflow automation is fully configurable, allowing firms to control routing logic, permissions, notifications, and waterfall routing based on their own processes rather than fixed system rules. The platform supports a range of operating models and fee structures across jurisdictions and practice areas.

Case Xchange also provides reporting and analytics for referral volume, partner performance, and revenue trends, along with integration options and role-based security controls. An optional Public Directory enables firms to showcase practice areas and jurisdictions to support intentional network growth while maintaining full control over partner relationships.
