Atlas Intelligent Knowledge Platform

Overview

Atlas is a knowledge management platform designed for law firms to capture, structure, and operationalize institutional knowledge across people, matters, and systems. The platform centralizes firm knowledge into a structured, governance-ready layer that supports both human workflows and AI-enabled tools.

Built natively on Microsoft 365, Atlas integrates with applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, iManage, CRM systems, and other core legal platforms. It aggregates and connects previously siloed content, creating a consistent and AI-ready knowledge foundation that can be used by Microsoft Copilot and other firm-approved AI models.

Features & Functions

Knowledge Lake
Atlas provides a unified knowledge layer that aggregates content from across the firm and applies governance, structure, and metadata. This layer supports firm-wide visibility into clients, matters, people, and insights, and supplies AI tools with authoritative, curated context.

Knowledge Management Automation
The platform supports knowledge teams by automating knowledge capture, metadata generation, classification, and contextual surfacing of content. Knowledge is made available directly within existing workflows, reducing manual intervention and supporting consistent reuse.

Knowledge Collections
Atlas enables the creation of governed, context-rich collections of verified content designed for AI consumption. These collections are used to ground AI outputs in firm-approved sources, supporting accuracy, consistency, and auditability in AI-assisted work.

Microsoft 365–Native Deployment
Unlike connector-based tools, Atlas operates within the Microsoft 365 environment. This allows firms to leverage existing infrastructure while embedding knowledge management, search, governance, intranet, extranet, and AI orchestration capabilities into a single platform.
