Calendar Booking and Records Integration

Scope Limitations and Escalation
The assistant does not interpret wills, trusts, deeds, or court documents; predict the outcome, cost, or duration of a matter; comment on testamentary capacity or undue influence; or quote fees the firm has not approved in writing. Questions outside its defined scope are escalated in writing to a named person at the firm, with the transcript attached.
