AgileCase is a cloud-based case management platform for legal services organizations. It is structured around four core functions: capturing case data, processing case work, measuring case progress, and informing clients and partners.

Data Capture
Case data can be entered through configurable custom forms designed to match an organization's existing processes, or imported from external data sources through the AgileCase API.
Case Processing and Automation
Users can update case data and generate letters, emails, and SMS messages. Scripting (branded as Agile Scripting) can automate workflows such as notifications, task creation, and third-party integrations without manual intervention.
Reporting
The platform provides visibility into case load and case status across an organization in real time. Reports can be generated with or without real-time criteria and exported to Excel.
Client and Partner Communication
Case updates can be delivered to clients and partners through letters, emails, SMS, a client portal, and API integration with third-party systems.
