AVA assists with drafting, analysis, and documentation, and automates repetitive tasks. Users retain control over files, actions, and communications. AVA runs on Canadian cloud infrastructure, and no data is transmitted outside Canada. 

Matter Management
The Matter Management feature organizes documents, deadlines, activities, communications, and financial information related to a file within a single workspace, providing visibility into case status, responsibilities, and next steps across a firm's caseload.

Time and Activities Management
The Time and Activities Management feature records time and activities for billing, compliance, and performance tracking. It includes a centralized matter dashboard, configurable templates by practice area, timelines for tasks and deadlines, quick-entry tools for notes and activities, file filtering, and role-based access controls.

Accounting Management
The Accounting Management feature provides trust and general accounting tools for law firms, including unified expense, payable, and receivable management, vendor and account setup, integrated tax reporting, and automated trust and general account reconciliations.

Billing Management
The Billing Management feature covers the billing cycle from time entry to invoice delivery, including batch invoice creation, customizable invoice templates, online payment options, real-time accounts receivable visibility, and automated reminders for overdue invoices.

Document Management
AcuminEvolution centralizes documents in a cloud environment, with role-based permissions, version history, full audit trails, and Microsoft Office integration. The feature also includes document merge tools and pre-built email and document templates.

Trust Management
The Trust Management feature supports tracking, reporting, and reconciliation of trust funds, including automated logs of trust transactions, creation of receipts and statements, tracking of trust assets and balances, and built-in safeguards and audit trails.

Team Collaboration
