The platform is accessible from iPhone, Android, iPad, tablet, PC, or Mac, both online and offline. Files and folders can be exported from SharePoint for offline work and are re-synchronized automatically once a connection is restored.

SharePoint-based free-text search allows users to search across file types, cases, clients, and timespans by name, word, or phrase.

Contact Creation from Email
New contacts can be created directly from an email, with the system automatically extracting contact details for the user to assign to a case and relationship type.
