The V4 Final operating system is deployed in a dedicated environment for each customer, including in the customer's own cloud or on premises environment. Documents, chats, templates, playbooks, and strategy are not used to train any foundational model and are not co-mingled with any other customer. V4 Final has no access to underlying content.

Multiple AI agents operating across platforms and tools assist legal professionals in gathering business intelligence and relevant facts. Customers can control disclosures of highly confidential corporate matters and enforce ethical walls within a firm.

The platform generates metrics on the output and value of legal resources, covering both team and technology, in formats designed for reporting to business leadership.

Clients access an AI interface configured on the law firm's knowledge base, strategic approach, and prior work product. The AI helps clients organize information and documentation for efficient legal review and advice.

Client Profiles with Real Time Updates
Client interactions with AI build a durable client profile that updates automatically, tracking top concerns, goals, risk profile, and priorities. As clients use their portal, the profile is updated with information relevant to legal strategy and advice.

Pass-Through Token Billing
AI token use is tracked per user, allowing client use of AI to be billed through at cost in compliance with ABA guidance on client billing for technology. Firm use of AI can also be allocated per user, practice group, or other grouping.

Data Segregation
