TrialView

Overview

TrialView is an AI-powered dispute resolution platform that enables legal professionals to organise, prepare, and present cases within a single secure environment. The platform is designed to support litigation, arbitration, mediation, adjudication, and tribunal proceedings, serving law firms, barristers, judges, and arbitral institutions.

Key features and functions include:

Court Bundle Creation The platform automates the creation of court-compliant bundles using OCR, automatic date recognition, smart pagination, bookmarking, and dynamic cross-referencing. Hyperlinked indexes are generated automatically, reducing manual document preparation time.

AI-Powered Document Analysis Users can query the document set using natural language, with the system returning answers and sourced references. The AI identifies patterns, inconsistencies in witness statements, and connections between key dates and events across large document sets.

Case Timeline Generation The platform automatically builds detailed timelines linked to underlying source materials, enabling legal teams to visualise the chronology of a case and identify relevant evidence.

Case Management and Collaboration Case materials are centralised in a shared workspace where team members can upload, tag, mark up, and annotate documents. Access levels and confidentiality rings are configurable to accommodate multi-party proceedings.

Witness Statement and Deposition Tools The platform supports witness interview recording via speech-to-text video integration, with recordings convertible into hyperlinked witness statements and depositions.

Hearing Presentation and Video Conferencing Evidence can be presented and followed in real time across devices. An integrated video conferencing tool allows remote participation. Annotation and highlighting tools support live transcript mark-up during hearings, with AI identifying corroborating or contradicting material as evidence surfaces.

TrialView has received recognition at The Lawyer Awards and the 2025 LegalTech Breakthrough Awards, where it was named Digital Evidence Management Software of the Year. The platform has been used in high-profile proceedings including the Russian Aviation litigation and matters at the ICC, IAC, and DDRC arbitral institutions.
