Tiger Eye Administrate is a modular, cloud-compatible data management tool for iManage users, supporting management of the document management system in line with compliance requirements and integration between iManage, practice management systems, and other systems.

Key features and functions include:

Administrate: Sync
Integrates iManage with other systems, such as practice management systems. Updates made to client records in one system are automatically mirrored in integrated systems, including iManage, so the DMS reflects current information from across the firm’s technology stack.

Administrate: Move
Allows system administrators to import content into iManage, export content from iManage, and move workspaces within the platform. Supports processes such as data archiving and export for compliance, and imports or exports required with staff changes, such as a new joiner bringing data with them. The module can also be used to reduce the size of live databases and associated storage costs.

Administrate: Secure
Allows system administrators to set, process, and manage default security settings across iManage, such as for new starters. Templated access rights and security measures are rolled out system-wide automatically, and document access is kept consistent so users can access only the content they need.

Administrate: Delete
Supports scheduled deletion workflows in line with firm policies, such as retention and destruction policies, as well as ad hoc small-scale and bulk deletions targeting anything from entire workspaces to individual documents.
