TestMyWitness is an AI-based witness preparation platform developed by A-dapt, a UK-based provider of digital training technologies. The platform is designed to assist legal teams in preparing witnesses by analyzing both verbal responses and non-verbal behaviors. It offers on-demand witness simulations that combine legal questioning with real-time emotional and behavioral analysis, aiming to identify communication challenges and provide structured feedback to improve clarity and composure.

Developed in collaboration with legal professionals, TestMyWitness applies AI and psychological principles to support consistent and scalable witness preparation. The platform is currently used in partnership with Bond Solon, a UK organization specializing in witness and expert witness training. Internationally, TestMyWitness has been showcased as part of the UK LegalTech Mission to the US and is being expanded in collaboration with a US-based legal technology partner.

The solution operates entirely through a browser, requiring no installation, and complies with GDPR standards. Positioned as part of a broader trend toward AI-supported litigation services, TestMyWitness offers legal teams a method to enhance witness readiness through technology-driven training and feedback.
