Overview

Supreme Mind is a Trial Performance AI platform that compresses expert-witness preparation, rehearsal, and stress-testing into a frontier-AI workflow. The platform applies advanced reasoning models to a curated library of AI Expert Witness Archetypes covering the named experts, methodology canon, and Daubert-vulnerable patterns specific to each litigation vertical.

Each archetype runs in two modes against an uploaded case file. In the outward mode, the platform simulates an opposing-side expert so that trial counsel can rehearse cross-examination, surface vulnerabilities, and pressure-test the deposition outline before the actual deposition. In the inward mode, the same archetype infrastructure is pointed at a retained expert's draft report, simulating the most aggressive Daubert attack a competent defense team would mount, so the report is revised into a more defensible posture before opposing counsel ever sees it.

Every simulation returns a structured strategic artifact: the archetype's likely opinion, ranked cross-examination weaknesses, FRE 702 and Daubert methodology challenges, and directional settlement-range implications.

Training data is bounded to the public record (PACER filings, deposition transcripts in the public docket, peer-reviewed publications, Daubert rulings) and named-expert fidelity is supported where the public corpus is sufficient, with methodology-class fallback otherwise.

A research-preview second layer runs 1,000 agent-to agent simulations across the case fact pattern, surfacing the top and bottom one percent of strategic outcomes for design partners. Supreme Mind serves senior litigators at AmLaw 200 firms, plaintiff and defense litigation boutiques, and trial-focused practice groups across North America and Europe.
