Stampify is a browser-based tool for stamping court exhibits and document productions, built for on-device processing so that file contents are not uploaded to a server.
Key features and functions include:
Exhibit Stickers and Numbering
Twenty court-ready exhibit sticker templates, covering civil, criminal, family, deposition, and arbitration labels, plus simple numbered or lettered stamps. Per-exhibit page identifiers can be applied to every page so individual pages can be cited unambiguously.
Bates Numbering
Sequential Bates footers applied across every page of every file within a single job, run from one counter. The counter does not carry over between separate jobs.
Endorsements and Watermarks
Confidentiality endorsements, including “Confidential” and “Attorneys’ Eyes Only,” can be placed in one of six positions on each page. Diagonal watermarks such as “Draft,” “Copy,” or custom text can also be applied across the page.
Native File Slip Sheets
Automatically generated placeholder pages for native files, such as spreadsheets, word-processing documents, or video, that are produced separately and indexed within the stamped set.
Bundled Export Package
Each job can generate a combined, hyperlinked trial binder with a table of contents, a ZIP of individually stamped files, a CSV exhibit list (listing exhibit number, description, page count, and filename), and a completed AO-187 federal exhibit list, all included in the flat download fee.
On-Device Processing
Stamping is performed in the user’s browser rather than on Stampify’s servers. According to the vendor, file bytes, filenames, and captions are not transmitted; the server retains only checkout email, file and page counts, byte sizes, and payment records.
