SpeedMatters for Corporate Law is a cloud-based contract management tool by LexDox Corporation that helps businesses create, negotiate, and manage their corporate contracts more efficiently, particularly related to incorporation in Ontario, share distributions, etc. The software uses artificial intelligence (AI) to automate many of the tasks that are typically performed manually, such as contract drafting, negotiation, and approval. 

LexDox was founded in 2015 by two lawyers who were frustrated with the inefficient and time-consuming nature of the traditional contract process. The company's mission is to "make contracts work for people, not the other way around."
