Portfolio-level queries surface risk exposure, spending patterns, and optimization opportunities across the contract base.

Create: Drafting, Negotiation, and Collaboration
The Draft Agent generates negotiation-ready first drafts from organizational templates, playbooks, and business requirements. The Playbook Agent transforms policies and precedent agreements into structured playbooks aligned to organizational standards. The Issue Detection Agent analyzes third-party paper for clause-level deviations and risks. The Redline Agent proposes precise, policy-backed changes to address identified issues. AskSirion integrates with Microsoft Word to surface counterparty insights, precedents, and negotiation recommendations during live negotiations.

Manage: Performance, Governance, and Risk
The Obligations Agent tracks and monitors contractual commitments, surfacing missed or at-risk obligations before they affect compliance or performance. The Invoice Agent reconciles invoices against contract terms and detects payment mismatches. Contract performance, SLA compliance, renewal timelines, and governance workflows are monitored and surfaced through conversational queries.

Extraction Agent
Pulls structured data from contracts and populates downstream systems with contract intelligence, supporting integration with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.

The underlying infrastructure layer that governs how AI agents reason, act, and coordinate with one another. agentOS also supports the creation and deployment of custom agents, enabling organizations to extend platform capabilities for specific workflows or processes.

AI Architecture
