SigniFlow is an enterprise eSignature and document workflow platform designed to digitise and automate document signing, approval routing, and contract management processes. eSignature Workflow
Supports the routing, signing, and tracking of documents through configurable approval workflows. Users can add signatories and approvers in sequence, in parallel groups, or in mixed configurations, and set signature type per recipient. Covers Basic (BES), Advanced (AES), and Qualified (QES) electronic signature standards, with TSA timestamping included as standard.

Legal Portfolios
A contract management portal enabling legal departments to upload, share, and send documents for eSigning, with access controls, email notifications, and centralised filing of signed contracts alongside supporting documentation. Internal departments can be granted access to portfolios, reducing reliance on email for document distribution.

Legal Approval Controls
Legal team members can be designated as first approvers in a signing workflow, ensuring no contract can be executed without prior legal review. Administrators can override user preferences to enforce standardisation across the enterprise.

Body of Evidence and Audit Trails
Each eSignature generates three independent audit logs per signatory, with evidence of identity, process, and authentication embedded and sealed into the document. Geolocation data is also embedded. Documents are rendered tamper-evident at the point of signing.

Digital Signing Service
A separate automated service for generating large volumes of digital signatures or digital seals programmatically, without human interaction per document. Suited to organisations that need to sign or seal documents in bulk as part of an automated process.

Identity Verification and KYC
Incorporates authentication options ranging from basic two-factor authentication to digital identity verification and KYC/AML processes, including 3D liveness facial biometric verification across multiple countries.

FaceSign
Embeds anti-spoofing 3D facial biometric authentication directly into the signing process. A photo of the signer is captured and embedded into the digital signature in the PDF, with authentication details recorded in the audit log.
