Before a deposition, Ava analyzes all uploaded case documents (e.g. pleadings, prior testimony, exhibits) and proposes deposition goals, question outlines, and areas of weakness or inconsistency. It also suggests likely cross-examination questions or topics the opposing side may raise.

Real-Time Support During Deposition
As testimony is delivered, Ava monitors the live transcript and compares it against prior documents and data to detect inconsistencies, contradictions, or ambiguous statements. It can propose follow-up questions on the fly to probe further or “corner” a witness based on discrepancies.

Transcript & Summary Generation
After or during the session, the platform produces a full deposition transcript and a succinct, user-friendly summary. These outputs (summary + transcript) are stored back in the case file for later review. 

Traceability & Document References
When Ava flags an inconsistency or generates a question, it includes references (document name, page number) to the source from which the insight was derived.This supports verification and reduces “black box” risk.
