Sahel AI helps law firms and in-house legal teams draft and review contracts faster, directly integrated in MS Word.

Sahel AI has three main modules: Draft, Review, and Chat.

Draft: The "Draft Full Contract", "Redraft Section", "Draft a New Clause", and the "Clause Library" features, allow users to draft contracts from scratch, redraft contract clauses, and incorporate expert-vetted clauses into their contracts.

Review: The "General Review", "Playbook", and "Extract Clauses" features allow for tailored contract reviews. Lawyers can identify red flags and get actionable suggestions to protect the party they represent. Users can also extract critical clauses to get a high-level overview of their contracts and have a review report delivered to their email. They can also apply their company’s playbook to see the sections of the contract that do not align with their internal company internal policies and standards.

Chat: Allows users to ask contract-related questions and get instant answers.
