The Legal Library functions as a centralized repository for all documents and legal assets. Documents are clearly categorized by type (e.g., LPA) and status (e.g., Executed). The system is designed for future scalability, supporting not only documents but also legal templates, precedents, obligations, and research databases. Advanced search functionality allows users to filter documents by group, type, status, label, and keyword.

Chat

The platform’s chat interface enables interaction with the Robin AI assistant for document-related inquiries. In Research Mode, Robin retrieves information from trusted public legal resources before responding. Using Document Memory technology, Robin references the appropriate documents when answering questions and provides clickable citations for verification. Users can select specific document sets for targeted analysis, allowing Robin to generate insights focused on the chosen materials.

Tables

The Tables feature allows users to extract insights from documents using pre-built prompt sets developed by Robin. Tables can be created directly from document search results by selecting relevant documents and applying a chosen prompt set to organize extracted information.

Workspaces

Workspaces provide a structured view of ongoing legal projects within the platform, enabling users to monitor and manage active matters effectively.

Word Add-in

The Microsoft Word add-in offers integration of Robin’s AI capabilities within the Word environment, supporting document drafting and analysis through a refreshed interface.
