Repository and Assistant
by Ivo
Ivo Repository
Ivo Repository is an AI-powered contract management system designed to centralize and organize an organization’s portfolio of legal documents. It automatically ingests contracts from systems such as Google Drive, SharePoint, and other repositories, extracting key metadata and terms without the need for manual tagging. Using Ivo’s AiRE engine, the Repository clusters related agreements, detects document families, and highlights variations from standard clauses or templates across similar contract types. This enables legal teams to perform comprehensive portfolio analyses, identify risk or inconsistency, and maintain a structured and searchable contract archive.
Key functions include:
- Automated metadata extraction and clause identification
- Document family detection and clustering
- Deviation analysis from templates or playbooks
- Centralized contract search and filtering
- Integration with existing cloud storage platforms
Ivo Assistant
Ivo Assistant is a natural language query tool that enables users to interact with their contract data using conversational input. Built on the same AiRE engine, the Assistant can respond to complex, context-aware questions by referencing entire contracts and related documentation. Users can, for example, ask which contracts contain specific non-standard provisions, when obligations under a clause take effect, or how data protection terms vary across jurisdictions.
Key functions include:
- Natural language querying of contract content and metadata
- Context-aware, clause-level search across documents
- Inline reasoning and clause comparison
- Integration with Microsoft Word for in-document assistance
- Use in legal Q&A, policy compliance checks, and audit preparation
