Offline AI-Assisted Processing
Redactwizard uses an embedded local transformer-based AI model together with native OCR to identify personally identifiable information (PII) in both digital and scanned documents. All processing is performed locally on the user's computer without cloud services or external data transmission.

Supported Document Formats
The application supports PDF, DOCX, XLSX, TXT, image files, and ad-hoc text input. Documents can be exported while preserving the original layout or as newly rendered files with irreversible redactions.

An integrated PDF editor allows manual review and adjustment before export. The software also supports direct scanner input via native OCR as well as automatic barcode and QR code redaction.

Document Comparison
Redactwizard includes one-to-one and one-to-many document comparison (Diff Check) for reviewing contract revisions and multiple document versions.

Audit and Document Production
The application generates audit logs documenting processing activities and supports automated Bates numbering for document production. Audit reports can be exported in multiple formats.

Redactwizard is licensed through a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription fees. Each license includes activation on up to two Windows computers.
