Overview

ProseID is a workflow platform that converts legal and compliance requirements into reusable, versioned digital processes, called Flows, which can be run as forms, guided assessments, determinations, or checklists.

Key Features & Functions:

Schema-Based Rule Definition
Legal or compliance experts define the underlying set of questions, conditions, exceptions, deadlines, jurisdictions, legal sources, and outcomes for a requirement, known as a schema, using a visual builder or JSON editor.

Version Control and Fixed Releases
Published schema versions cannot be edited or silently rewritten. When a requirement or interpretation changes, a new version is released while completed records remain tied to the exact version originally used.

Multiple Flow Formats from One Schema
A single published schema can be deployed as a standard form, a guided assessment that reveals questions based on prior answers, a calculated determination, or a compliance checklist, without rebuilding the underlying rules for each format.

Versioned Audit Records
Each completed Flow generates a record capturing the answers submitted, the resulting outcome, and the exact schema version applied, intended to support audit and evidentiary needs.

Public Registry of Published Schemas
Users can browse a registry of publicly published schemas across categories such as data request intake, customer due diligence, and employee onboarding, test compatible workflows, and select the specific version to adopt.

Publisher Fee Sharing
Verified publishers can attach an optional fee to a public schema; when another organization completes a Flow built from that schema, the publisher receives 70% of the fee, with ProseID retaining the remaining 30%.

Basic Electronic Signature Capture
A Flow can include a typed-name electronic signature captured and recorded by ProseID; the platform does not itself act as a signing party or provide advanced or qualified e-signature functionality.

API and Hosted Link Access
All plans include hosted links for sharing a Flow and API access with manageable API keys for programmatic integration, along with versioned result delivery.

Usage-Based Pricing
The platform charges per completed Flow record rather than by user seat; incomplete or abandoned Flow attempts do not incur a charge.
