Postmarkr is a web-based print-and-mail service that lets legal teams send physical correspondence through USPS without in-house printing, stamping, or post office visits.

Supports mailing of demand letters, pre-litigation notices, deadline reminders, collections escalation letters, compliance notices, and client notifications as physical First-Class mail.

PDF Upload and Batch Sending
Users upload a PDF or import a recipient list via CSV, or use a reusable template, to send a single letter or a batch of personalized letters from one document.

Recipient and Return Address Verification
Users enter recipient and return addresses, which are verified against the USPS database before checkout to reduce returned or undeliverable notices.

Print Options and Preview
Supports black-and-white or color printing and single- or double-sided documents, with a preview of the rendered mailpiece available before sending.

Mail-Stream Status Tracking
Provides a dashboard showing processing history and available USPS scan updates for each mailed item, reducing the need for manual status follow-up.

Encrypted, Unreviewed Document Handling
Processes documents through an encrypted workflow without human review of content, and automatically deletes uploaded files from its systems within 7 days of printing.

Same-Day Processing for Time-Sensitive Mail
Processes submitted orders the same day, with a next-business-day print cycle, intended to support deadline-sensitive legal correspondence.

Per-Piece Pricing
Charges per mailpiece rather than through a subscription; pricing varies by page count, print type, and envelope size.

U.S. Delivery Scope
Current mailing is limited to U.S. addresses; international mailing is listed as a planned future capability.
