Pivotal Mobile eDiscovery, Inc. Supported data sources include SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, WeChat, Viber, Line, contacts, call logs, installed application data, camera roll content, and others. Security features include encryption across the data lifecycle, role-based access controls, digital signatures, configurable retention policies, and regional data storage options. The platform is designed to support compliance with HIPAA, SEC, FINRA, and EU/UK data protection requirements.

PME's customers include law firms, corporate legal departments, eDiscovery service providers, digital forensics firms, and corporate compliance teams. Pricing is available through credit and subscription models. Managed collection services are offered for organizations that prefer to outsource collection support. An API and white-label capabilities allow service providers to integrate PME into existing workflows and client portals.
