Overview

Patlytics is a patent intelligence platform leveraging generative AI and proprietary large language models (LLMs) tailored for intellectual property workflows. It offers a suite of features designed to enhance efficiency and accuracy in various patent-related tasks:

Draft Patent Applications: Utilizing AI-assisted drafting tools, Patlytics enables users to create audit-ready, custom invention disclosure forms (IDFs). The platform audits both external and internal source materials, including images, technical figures, and presentations, facilitating the structuring of claim trees and the drafting of detailed descriptions.

Patent Infringement Detection: Patlytics proactively detects potential infringement across targeted companies and products by analyzing specific claims and claim elements. It automates technical discovery, identifying instances of use (IOUs) and evidence of use (EOUs) from extensive data points, thereby reducing overhead and expediting the identification of high-likelihood leads.

Patent Claim Charts: The platform streamlines the creation of detailed claim charts, mapping patent claims to supporting evidence. This functionality accelerates the process of demonstrating potential infringement or non-infringement on a claim-by-claim and element-by-element basis.

Patent Pruning: Patlytics assists in identifying high-potential and low-value assets within a patent portfolio. By providing complex portfolio comparisons at scale, it enables users to make informed decisions about which patents to maintain, monetize, enforce, license, or abandon, optimizing intellectual property management.
