PactAlert is an AI-powered contract obligation tracking tool that extracts and monitors deadlines, notice periods, and contractual commitments from signed agreements, delivering alerts and task integrations before action windows close.

AI Obligation Extraction
The platform reads uploaded contract PDFs and automatically identifies obligations including notice periods, renewal dates, deliverable deadlines, SLA commitments, review dates, and payment terms. Each extracted item is displayed alongside its source clause and an AI confidence score, and can be reviewed and edited before tracking begins.

Mid-Term Contract Detection
When a contract is uploaded after its start date, PactAlert calculates how many renewal cycles have elapsed and projects the current applicable notice deadline, allowing users to begin tracking agreements that are already in progress.

Notice Period–Timed Alerts
Rather than alerting at the renewal or expiration date, PactAlert sends reminders during the preceding notice period—the window during which a party can still act to cancel, renegotiate, or fulfill an obligation.

Project Management Tool Integration
Tracked obligations are pushed as tasks into third-party tools including Jira, Trello, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, and Linear, as well as Slack for notifications. Integrations are available on paid plans; the free tier uses PactAlert's built-in dashboard.

Contract Import
Contracts can be uploaded via drag-and-drop or imported directly from Google Drive. DocuSign integration is listed on the product roadmap.
