OurFirm.ai is a litigation-specific AI platform that supports drafting, legal research, citation verification, document review, and judicial intelligence for litigators. The platform is built on a multi-agent architecture and a proprietary dataset of judicial opinions, transcripts, docket entries, and behavioral signals drawn from federal and state court records.
Key Features & Functions:
Agentic Drafting & Research Engine (Legal Assistant)
A swarm-based multi-agent system in which specialized sub-agents handle research, drafting, citation verification, and formatting in parallel. Users upload case materials — transcripts, prior orders, exhibits, depositions, contracts, medical records — and instruct the system to produce a complete document draft grounded in the uploaded record. Every factual assertion in a generated draft is cited to the underlying source document, transcript page, or exhibit. Supported document types include motions (MTD, MSJ, MIL, to compel, to suppress, omnibus), oppositions and replies, discovery demands and responses, sentencing memoranda, appellate briefs, trial preparation materials, examination outlines, and correspondence.
Citation Verification (Check My Cites)
A multi-step citation verification pipeline that extracts all citations from a document, checks treatment and validity, verifies quoted language against the original opinion text, confirms pin cites, and analyzes whether each citation supports the proposition for which it is cited. A verification report is delivered alongside the draft.
Judicial Intelligence
Behavioral profiles of federal judges built from opinions, transcripts, hearing recordings, and docket entries. Profiles surface data including MSJ grant rates, oral argument frequency, motion-to-compel outcomes, citation style preferences, and ruling patterns on specific argument types. Judge AI, currently in beta for select enterprise clients, provides interactive behavioral profiles for testing arguments and forecasting judicial reactions prior to filing. Initial profiles focus on SDNY judges.
Semantic Docket Search
Semantically searchable access to PACER and NYSCEF dockets, enabling search by fact pattern, argument type, judge, or attorney. Federal docket data is updated daily; New York state court dockets are complete, with California, Florida, Texas, and Illinois in progress.
Transcript Digestion & Analysis
Upload of deposition, trial, or hearing transcripts generates automatic summaries, identification of contradictions, flagged key admissions, and ready-to-use cross-examination or impeachment points with precise transcript citations.
Discovery & Document Review
Tabular and structured document review capabilities for case file materials.
