Office & Dragons is a Litera platform for AI-driven document generation, enabling legal teams to automate the creation, editing, and redlining of document suites at scale. The platform is designed to work with all document types, from standard templates and agreed forms to highly negotiated agreements, without requiring custom setup.

Mass Document Generation
Generates suites of documents from pre-approved forms, precedents, or prior work. Supports the production of multiple documents simultaneously based on a common set of inputs.

Mass Document Editing
Applies bulk edits across entire document suites, including changes to party names, financial figures, and defined terms or clauses. Updates are applied consistently across all documents in a suite in a single operation.

Bulk Redlining
Redlines an entire document suite simultaneously, managing revisions and tracking changes across multiple files at once.

Automated File Renaming
Renames files across a document suite using relevant matter or transaction information, reducing manual administrative work.

Document Review Table
Presents a structured table view of document content to support review of colleagues' work, enabling comparison and identification of inconsistencies across a suite.

No-Code Automation
Supports document automation without requiring technical configuration or IT involvement. The platform is designed for use by fee earners, paralegals, and trainees with minimal onboarding time.

Assembles documents from component parts, supporting the production of bespoke agreements alongside standardised suites.

Funding Information:
Office & Dragons raised an undisclosed amount in Seed from Cur8 Capital in January 2021. 

It was acqured by Litera in November of 2024.
