Data Ingestion and Analysis
negotiagent ingests an organization's existing contract data without requiring manual labeling or preparation. It structures unstructured contract data and extracts intelligence from the organization's full negotiation history, including all rounds, versions, and redlines across completed deals.

Acceptable Contract Range (ACR)
Rather than using static playbooks, negotiagent calculates an Acceptable Contract Range (ACR) for each designated contract type. Starting from the organization's standard template, it measures how far the organization has historically deviated from its opening position across every provision in every executed agreement. The ACR establishes a measurable, data-derived negotiation boundary within which the AI agent operates.

Negotiation Pattern Recognition
negotiagent analyzes sequences of offers and counter-offers across past negotiations to identify the organization's negotiation strategies and patterns. It uses this analysis to anticipate counterparty responses and determine optimal redline sequences, approaching negotiation as a multi-move strategic process rather than a series of isolated clause comparisons.

Agentic Word Plug-in
Trained on the organization's ACR and negotiation patterns, the negotiagent Word plug-in analyzes incoming counterparty redlines and generates strategic negotiation suggestions within Microsoft Word. Unlike standard Word plug-in tools that compare clauses against playbooks and offer discrete fallback language, negotiagent makes redline recommendations with reference to the overall negotiation goal and anticipated future rounds, operating toward a measurable outcome rather than clause-by-clause substitution.

Human-in-the-Loop Oversight
negotiagent is not fully autonomous. All AI moves are transparent and auditable, and the system is designed to operate with human oversight throughout the negotiation process. Contract negotiators retain control and visibility over the steps the agent takes and the plan it follows to reach the negotiation goal.

Data Hosting and Security
Deployment uses a private, dedicated cloud instance on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, owned by the client organization. On-premises deployment is also available on request. The organization retains ownership of its data at all times. negotiagent adheres to GDPR requirements and applicable data privacy regulations, with privacy by design incorporated into the platform architecture. The product is built around an internal security framework the company calls SERT, requiring all solutions to be Secure, Explainable, Reliable, and Transparent.
