The client completes a structured digital experience covering deposition process, procedure, expected conduct, and response technique. A pre-built foundation is included, with the option for attorneys to replace or supplement content with their own materials.

Customizable Preparation Modules
Preparation content can be tailored by the attorney to reflect the specific facts and circumstances of each case. Clients receive content relevant to their matter rather than a generic overview.

Client Video Response Capture
Clients record video answers to guided preparation questions within the platform. Responses are accessible to the attorney for review prior to the deposition date, allowing preparation time to focus on case-specific issues rather than foundational instruction.

Firm Branding
On the Pro tier, the client-facing experience is presented under the firm's own branding, including the portal, emails, and video player. Clients interact with the platform as the firm's own training program rather than a third-party tool.

Cost Recovery Documentation
Each invite issued through the platform generates a Stripe-issued itemized receipt at the time of purchase. This documentation is intended to support recovery of the preparation cost as a litigation expense at case close.
