Mora Ex Cel automates the creation of "costituzione in mora" letters, the formal payment demand notices required under Article 1219 of the Italian Civil Code. These letters serve as a legally significant step in debt recovery, establishing a debtor's default status and starting the accrual of default interest.

The platform accepts account statements in PDF, CSV, Excel, and Google Sheets formats. An AI-powered extraction engine reads uploaded documents, identifies debtor records, and maps data columns automatically. Users can review and adjust the extracted data, customize letter templates with a built-in editor, and manage multiple creditors from a single workspace.

Once confirmed, Mora Ex Cel generates individualized PDF letters for each debtor, available as single downloads or batch ZIP archives. The entire workflow — from file upload to ready-to-send documents — takes minutes instead of hours.

Built on Cloudflare Workers, the application runs entirely in the browser with no installation required.
