LTSE Equity was a cloud-based capitalization table (cap table) management platform developed by the Long-Term Stock Exchange (LTSE). The platform was designed to help private companies manage equity ownership, issue securities, model financing scenarios, and maintain compliance across the company lifecycle. It provided a centralized system for founders, legal teams, and investors to collaborate on equity data, serving as a &ldquo;single source of truth&rdquo; for ownership structures, option plans, and fundraising activities.
The product targeted venture-backed startups and growth-stage companies, supporting workflows such as equity grants, 409A valuations, and cap table modeling. It was positioned as an alternative to other cap table management platforms, with an emphasis on transparency, governance, and integration with broader financial and legal processes.

LTSE Equity, previously known as Captable.io and founded in 2013, was a full-lifecycle cap table management solution for planning, managing, and collaborating on startup equity. Easy cap table creation, sharing &amp; collaboration, fast 409A valuations, stock option plan management and powerful round &amp; exit modeling.
LTSE announced that it would exit the cap table management market, discontinuing LTSE Equity to focus on other parts of its business.&nbsp;The company confirmed that &ldquo;the sunsetting of the LTSE Equity platform is complete,&rdquo; indicating that the product is no longer operational as an active service.&nbsp;LTSE selected&nbsp;Astrella as the preferred migration partner, offering customers a transition path to continue cap table management services. Existing contractual terms were honored during the transition period, after which customers would move to Astrella&rsquo;s platform.
