Structured, configurable playbooks let organizations codify preferred contract language, pass/fail rules, and fallback positions. Reviews are standardized with one-click checklists and prioritized risk scoring.

Composer (AI Assistant)
An in-document AI assistant supports contract review by identifying hidden risks, drafting fallback clauses, summarizing agreements, conducting legal research, and generating counterparty communications, all within the Word document.

Surgical Redlining
Rather than delete-and-replace markups, the tool applies precise, in-place edits based on playbook concepts and negotiation priorities, producing targeted redlines that reflect a team's negotiating position.

Institutional Learning and Precedent Libraries
